DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE - PLEASE ENTER YOUR ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT FOR SHIPPING COST.

We aim to dispatch your order within two working days of confirmation and usually our shipping will take 3-5 business days depending on your location and postal speeds.

*Note: When trying on items of clothing, please do not remove any labels. Please ensure that you are not wearing a perfume, aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent on the item. We would also ask that you take care with fake tan or makeup when trying on the garment as these could stain or mark the garment. When trying on shoes please do so on clean flooring. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed and may result in the item being sent back to the customer. Pierced jewellery cannot be returned for health and hygiene issues. Custom made and made to order items are not eligible for return or exchange.

RETURN AN ITEM

If your online purchase is not suitable, please return the item or items to: FASHION TAMI, in their original condition complete with all labels & tags within 14 days of receiving the item. After satisfactory inspection of your return we will issue a refund for the goods on receipt. Refund timescales may vary so please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons or if they are made to order. FASHION TAMI is not liable for the cost of returning items or if items are lost in the post. Please note earrings and made to order items are non-returnable or exchangeable. Items must be returned undamaged and in good condition.

EXCHANGE AN ITEM

Please follow our returns procedures to return online purchases you wish to exchange. You can purchase the new item at any time as a separate transaction. Please note: the product is at your risk until it reaches us. For your personal protection, we recommend sending your parcels using a courier service that insures the goods for you. FASHION TAMI is not responsible for the cost of returning items or if the item is lost in the mail. Please email us at info@fashiontami.com. before making a return. We will then advise how to proceed with the return.
Please note that custom earrings and custom-made items are not returnable or exchangeable.

FAULTY ITEM

f the item you received is faulty, please contact customer care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. Please email us info@fashiontami.com.

IF YOU RECEIVE THE INCORRECT ITEM.

If you suspect that the item you received is not what you have ordered, please contact our online team quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

The United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations give you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from FASHION TAMI, for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or items that have been customised or made to order. You must inform FASHION TAMI, via email or in writing within 14 days clearly stating your order number.
